The Amsterdam-based duo of Bolivian/Brazilian multi-instrumentalist/vocalist Ibelisse Guardia Ferragutti and Puerto Rican American ex-pat jazz drummer/composer Frank Rosaly announce a new EP titled O, out on cassette and digitally October 16, 2026. The duo also share details of upcoming performances in Budapest HU, Brest FR, and Tampere FI, where they will do a debut performance of the music from O. The EP’s lead track “X” is out on all platforms today, alongside a video created by Ferragutti & Rosaly for the track. Stream “X” and preorder O here.

Frank and Ibelisse recording a women choir for “Stories of the Shore” -theatre performance- from Davy Pieters. Frank Rosaly composed the music for this piece. Fuensanta, Sanem Kalfa, Björk Níelsdóttir, Jodi Gilbert contribution and incredible voices were perfect. Jochem set up the recording installation and our Molk Factory space is sounding beautiful!

In RUNA BECOMES SUN, by AWICHAS ensemble explores the edges of storytelling. This work is a new composition, commissioned by the North Sea Round Town Festival. Created specifically for the Laurenskerk and utilizing the specific acoustics and resonance of this space. It is a multimedia narrative about shelter, resting, and becoming human.
